Natural bleach juices, fruit drinks, fruits’ and berries’ extracts (dried apricots, raisins, hips) spirituous extracts and medleys, plant material and aroma alcohol give a unique taste and aroma to «La Femme» female vodka.

 

TECHNOLOGICAL PRODUCTION PROCESS OF FEMALE VODKA

1. Ingredients preparation. 

  • Water.
    Obtained from artesian well water is being thoroughly tested at our laboratory on the factory. Where our specialists test its saline composition, because it’s crucial for firmness and taste characteristics of the product. And only after that water is being filtered.
  • Alcohol.
    Selection stages of alcohol suppliers are extremely vital. Production specialists test carefully physicochemical and organoleptic properties of offered alcohol samples and only after that we choose a supplier. Alcohol, which we use on the factory, is always of Lux class. Quality of alcohol delivered on the factory is one more time being tested before going to depository and after that by pipeline system alcohol is going into production.
  • Bleach juices.
    To produce «La Femme» female vodka we use only natural bleach juices. Its suppliers are Ukrainian juice producers. Juices preliminary are passed a thermal treatment and cold processing
  • Fruit drink.
    Fruit drinks are also prepared to produce «La Femme Peach» . Natural selected ingredients: dried apricots and raisins (to produce Peach) hips  poured in special capacity with aqueous-alcoholic alloys  and  brewed 20 days, to make all aroma and taste properties opened in the drink and give noble qualities to it. Fruit drinks are obligatory filtered before general mixing.
    Aroma alcohol, which is used while preparing «La Femme Grapefruit» obtained by distillation of aqueous-alcoholic alloys and orange and lemon essences.
    Sugar syrup. Sugar syrup is preliminary prepared and then it’s being boiled and obligatory filtered.

2. Aqueous-alcoholic alloy.

  • A special place is specially made on the factory to prepare aqueous-alcoholic alloy. It’s the biggest on the factory by number of technological processes. Alcohol from storage is going into special tuns of 60000 litres, where alcohol and water are being mixed. Aqueous-alcoholic alloy is going through assimilation process, which doesn’t permit any shaking and mixing. Combination of aqueous-alcoholic alloys with other components is crucial in production of female vodka. Ready made aqueous-alcoholic alloy is going up with a help of pump by pipelines in  pressure capacities and then transporting into 24 coal-filtering batteries, where it’s being filtered (firstly through sand filter, then it’s being filtered with birchen coal, then sand filter again, then zetacarbon, then three stages’ filtration of primary purification before bottling).
  • It’s vital, that first of all dashes are sorbed and fusel oils partly absorbed, that are in alcohol, and at the same time it’s crucial not to get aldehydes, because exactly these substances in alcoholic production cause headaches after drink usage. If you drink a quality drink, where aldehydes and fusel oils are normal, you won’t have a headache. Indeed, it’s a quality characteristic of alcohol drink. 

3. Mixing.

  •  All ultimate ingredients: bleach juices, aqueous-alcoholic alloys, sugar syrup, fruit drinks and aroma spirits and other ingredients, depending on prepared type, carefully mixed in special tun. Mixture is brewed 48 hours. For this period all components are being mixed more closely, some of the components only on this stage open its aromas and tastes, turning into homogeneous, completely moulded product.

4. Analysis and bottling.

  • Then we conduct a complete analysis of the product on compliance of State standards, fortitude, sugar, taste, color etc. And only after positive analysis result product is going into one more filtration and only after that bottling.
