Alcohol of lux class and water from natural springs of Cherkassy geological water reserve are the ingredients of original recipe of "Celsius". Before adding into beverage the water passes thorough preparation. It is cleared from the iron impurities, pass through a filter of quartz sand and coal sulphate, softened in the sodium-cation filters by removing hardness salts, filtered at the molecular level to reverse osmosis, treated with ultraviolet light.
 
However, carefully prepared by mixing water and high class alcohol does not mean to get a good vodka. Water-alcohol mixture for vodka "Celsius" undergoes a multilevel system of cleaning:
- Cleaning with quartz sand;
- Cleaning in the coal column with birch and coconut charcoal;
- Re-cleaning with quartz sand;
- Platinum filtration with coconut charcoal cartridges;
- Polishing (or control) on polypropylene filter cartridges.
