Presentation.

«Bon Vin» is the first elite wine in Ukraine which is supervised by origin.
In Good Wine all should be fine – taste, color, aroma, aftertaste … Only then each glass, each drink of grapes wine will conceal pleasure of an anticipation and pleasure of drinking, pleasure of taste and … just fine mood. Only then Good Wine will adequately accompany with a good dinner.  

The general classification of wines:
There is a huge quantity of various wines in the world. Classifications help to bring orderliness in this variety. Here there is one of them, the most widespread in France and in other "wine" countries of Europe.

• The lowest category of wines in this classification is «Table wines»; in France they refer to Vin de Table, in Italy – Vino de Tavola, in Spain – Vino de Mesa. Grapes from different provinces or even from different countries of the European Union are used for the manufacture of these wines. The main lack of these wines is the absence of individuality.
• The following category of wines– «Local wines», in France it is Vin de Pays, in Italy – Indicazione Geografica Tipica, in Spain it is Vino de la Tierra. Grapes from strictly certain territory are used for manufacture of these wines. There are analogues in Ukraine - Crimean wine and Transcarpathian wine.
• It is known that the elite category of wines is that, which name is considered to be supervised by origin in France – Appellatione d’Origen Controlle, in Italy – Denominazione de origen Controllata e Garantita, in Spain – Denominacion de Origen Calificada.

The good ground: the Earth, adjoining to Tiligul estuary is called the pearl of the Black Sea Coast. Clean water, the protogenic nature, a warm climate – tens thousand birds move here from northern regions of Europe on wintering.
But the main thing – these grounds are considered as the best southern wine-making region of Ukraine! «Bon Vin» vineyards are located in Tiligul Landscape Park on specially allocated site on the area of 158 hectares. Local dark-chestnut, risidually solonetzic ground ideally suit for cultivation of grapes of classical wine grades. People were engaged in winemaking since antique times here.

Good rod: its own site of the order of 30 hectares is allocated to each grade of grapes. The nobility of feature and "whim" of each grade is the business of careful agriculturists-enologists.
Shardone, Sovinion, Riesling, Merlo, Cabernet – these classical grades for a long time have got accustomed and feels perfectly in local territories.
5 years ago have been planted planting rod stocks of the best classical grades of grapes, brought from Europe. It became a raw-material base for wine.

Good time for harvesting: Grapes is a whimsical, thermophilic berry. But if it receives a generous portion of solar heat and light necessary for its growing it will return a hundredfold – the saturated taste, aroma, riches of wine…
Тiligul climate is rich on heat. For the period of ripening of grapes rod we receive the sum of active temperatures of 3000-3400 C°.

Good people:

People, who make wine «Bon Vin», are engaged in winemaking for more than 30 years already. Feeling ground and a rod the agriculturists-enologists perfectly knowing the business the most experienced wine makers-technologists, amicable collective of experts. And the main thing, which unites all these people, is responsible and quivering attitude to complex art of winemaking.

Wine is poured in original bottle 0,75l of antique color which in the best way protects wine from solar beams. This bottle has been created by technologists of French company
"Souverglass".

Corked with two integral pith disks our wine is protected by the best Portuguese fuse from access of oxygen. For convenience of opening the wine it is used thermocontractable hood with detachable tape. On an obverse label except standard data there are also recommendations on compatibility with dishes and optimum temperature of submission to a table.
 

Worthy design:

These wines are strictly regulated and should be corresponded to following criteria: Strictly fixed orders Grades of grapes resolved, according to the type of soil Age of rods (not less than 4 years) Type of wine Color of produced wine The minimal contents of spirit   "Bon Vin” is wine of this category and meets all requirements. Conformity to all these criteria is not enough for creation of Good Wine. Also we need: Good ground Good rod Good time for harvesting Good people for winemaking All these conditions are observed at creation of wine «Bon Vin».
