I wanna describe my story, connected with vodka. Everybody knows that each alcohol drink may be useful in moderate doses. One day I found old grandmother’s recipes and found one culinary recipe of cookies, made on the basis of vodka. «Drunk cookie» - that’s how it was called. I decided to make it and surprisingly it was easy to make and delicious to taste. My husband was pleasantly surprised to mine culinary talents and made a compliment. So here is this recipe: 200 г сметаны 100 gr butter, 200 gr sugar, 2 eggs, 80 gr of classic vodka, salt on taste, 3 glasses of wheat flour. Knead a dough and take it in the cold for two hours, roll out into 5 mm layers, cut into forms, dip by one size in whipped whites and bake 15-20 min under 180 degree by Celsius. Have a good meal!

I have only good and warm associations with wine! Wine at summer is coolness and at winter wine is an aroma warm! And here is my story: once at winter we decided to prepare a mulled wine with friends. We had just returned from a great walk to ice-skating rink and decided to make it but as it was found out no one knows how to make it. And we decided to improvise. We took 1 liter of Koblevo Bakkara wine, added a lemon juice and a few cinnamon. We warmed it and added a few seeds of pink, some honey and a great drink was ready! Each sip of «marvelous mulled wine» warmed and turned us into romantic manner. We all were so pleased and the recipe was repeated more and more during the whole winter!
