Factories

Today the company «National Alcoholic Traditions» disposes of three industrial bases.

1. «The National Vodka Company». 

The new factory was opened in 2005 in Stepanki village, Cherkasskiy region. The investments in realization of the project have made up more than 20 million euro. The basic part of investments has been directed on purchase of the modern equipment certified according to the world standards of quality. Before to construct the factory, 9 chinks   had been holed on all area of Cherkasskiy region, and on that place, where the best water had been found, the new factory «NVC» had been constructed. The total area of a factory is 8, 9 hectares. The factory has its own alcoholic repository, and an automobile entrance. Brands which became original for the Ukrainian alcoholic beverage market are made exactly at “NVC”.
Nowadays the factory produces natural   grain vodka “Khlebnyi Dar”, vodka with the European tastes - "Celsius" and female vodka «La Femme». “NAT” solved the problem with falsification, having installed at a factory the strongest in Europe the “Imaje” laser marker. 3 bottling lines are operating now at “NVC” and 3 more are being prepared to start.

2. The branch of "NVK" Limited Liability Company (the second industrial platform) is located in Kamenka village, Cherkasskiy region. There, in 1820, the spring of surprising natural property, which ecological qualitative characteristics were kept about for today, had been found. And there, the legendary family Davydovy had established the first spirituous factory. After the revolution the factory had been reconstructed, and by 30-th years of the XX century it became one of the best in the Ukrainian spirit industry.  The quality of the product is provided by highly skilled personnel, using of high-quality spirit of "Luxury" class, requirements to which are brought to the notice of the supplier long before its using in manufacture. Spirit is strictly supervised on receiving that allows achieving stability of a level of necessary quality. Also the great value has a source of the water, giving ideal qualitative characteristics for manufacture of alcohol beverage products. There is a chink depth 220m at a factory, and by means of technologies of the new generation, the water passes 5 steps of clearing, including magnetic processing. The equipment and the best Italian technologies, the optimization of a work cycle, depicted in seven degrees of clearing of an end-product are salutarily reflected on quality of vodka. This factory produces alcohol-beverage products under such trade marks as " Kozac’ka Rada", " Persha Gil’diya" and "Bayka". 

3. “Koblevo” LLC
It is located on the coast of the Black sea, in picturesque reserve Tiligulo, near to that antique Ol’viya, where long ago the wine had been produced – at the border of the Odessa and Nikolaev areas, in 40 km from Odessa. The southern chernozem and soft sea climate provide perfect conditions for cultivation of the most whimsical sorts of grapes.
On 2200 hectares of the fertile ground such sorts of grapes, as «Cabernet Sovinion» «Merlo», «Bastardo», «Shardone» «Sovinion» «Aligotte» «Riesling», «Rkaciteli», «Traminer» is grown up. The factory «Koblevo» has been established in 1982. Now, 25 years later, it is the most powerful enterprise of Ukraine on primary and secondary winemaking. «Koblevo» releases the wines developed on own receipt more often then other producers. The progressive technology of fermentation at low temperature (18-20 degrees of Celsius) is used at the factory.
The enterprise has special equipment - capacities from stainless steel «FABBRI-INOX» with the control of temperature of fermentation storage.
Owing to this, wines are notable for fresh and pure varietal aroma and harmonious thin taste. The temperature of fermentation is one of the main quality indexes of the wine. «Koblevo» its only natural wines.
